SHIPPING POLICY

We do FREE delivery with Australia Post track parcel for orders over $60.

Please allow 2-5 business days after dispatch for all deliveries to capital cities (and major metropolitan areas throughout Australia), and 3-8 business days after dispatch for all other areas within Australia.

We try our very best to dispatch your order within 24 hours of you placing it. Please note in launch and sale times dispatch can take up to 3 working days. We will send you a tracking link to follow your delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return your item to us within 30 days of purchase

If you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a store credit.

If you wish to make a return please contact atieforamacho@aol.com and we’ll get back to you with postage instructions.

- Can be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Shipping Fees for returning items to us are the responsibility of the purchaser

This is a friendly reminder: Our products are handmade using natural wood and assembled by hand. This means that the product won't be 100% perfect or that surface of the wood may present natural texture and colours.

 

FAULTY ITEM
It is not common but if you receive a faulty or damaged item. Return postage is paid by A TIE for a macho.

Shipping fees for returning an item will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the item is faulty.
